In this program we have the possibility of finding the Lagar de Varas and understanding how olive oil was produced in times long gone. Olive groves surround the city and allow us to observe the differences between the traditional production method and more evolved methods. During harvest season, we can still watch the work carried out by the teams in the fields. In between, we will have the chance to taste a sample of tiborna, accompanied by an Alentejo red in the shade of a centuries-old… or ancient olive tree. We have also prepared a route around Moura for you, visiting the most emblematic places in the city. The program includes a stay at the Hotel de Moura with breakfast included and lunch in one of the city's restaurants.
